You love this little crow. It sits on top of a shelf in the bathroom where your changing table is. You give this "ducky" kisses and say hi. today, you shared your milky with him and helped him nurse on mama. You are so generous.

Cold Spaghetti

Tonight we had a play date with Ernie and Jackson. Brittany made some colored spaghetti for you all to play with. There was also some potting soil outside to play in. You had a lot of fun with Ernie closing and opening the screen door. After, you all 3 needed a bath.

Ducks.

Currently, you are noticing ducks and saying "duck" and doing the sign, sort of. You were actually better at the sign before you learned to say "duck". At first, you did the duck bill shape facing your mouth (instead of away, like a duck) now, you do the shape by your ear. We have a little fall decoration crow sitting on the shelf above your changing table. You were pretty sure he was a duck, it's an easy mistake, his body is made of an orange gourd, and has an orange beak, now you're learning the sign for bird. You really love that little bird, you usually say goodbye when we leave the room you even want to give it kisses. You see ducks all over, you never miss them in books, on Sesame Street or even in grandpa's room where he has an Easter basket with a duck face on it. At the fair, we saw some real ducks and you talked to them. You recognize real ducks and rubber ducks and pictures of ducks. Mommy says "quack quack" you say "duck duck" for a long time now grandpa has been taking you on his wheel chair to see the decoy ducks in the creek. You enjoy going for rides. Aunt Rachel brought you a new rubber ducky. She loves rubber duckies too.

Ammilia's 3rd birthday.

You enjoyed your watermelon wedge so much you didn't even miss cake and ice cream. Ammilia gave you lots of love. She wanted to hold you when we arrived and gave lots of kisses when we were leaving.

Whispering Hush

You've loved Goodnight Moon lately. When we get to the part about the brush, and the bowl full of mush, you start whispering shhhh with your finger to your lips. Some nights you ask to hear it many times. Sometimes you want to read it in the morning too.

Day at the Beach

Uncle Keith

I had such a wonderful dream last night. I dreamt my Uncle Keith, as an angel was kneeling down talking to you, he was happy and playful. You gave him a big beautiful smile. I just stood back, even though I missed him dearly and wanted to hug him and tell him I miss him, I wanted you to have a moment with him. In my dream, I tried to take a picture of you two. He was pulling at your pig tails like he used to do to me when I was a little girl. Of course it was only a dream photo.
Thinking about my dream brings me sad and happy tears. He was a fun, loving uncle to me and I miss him very much, I wish you could have known him.
