Hoo Hoo

Tonight you heard the owls in the trees when we were walking home from grandma and grandpa's house.
You "hoo hoo"ed back. I pointed to the tall trees you could barely see in the dark and told you the owls live in the trees. You said "pree" (this is what you called Christmas Trees, I think you meant Pretty Tree). When we headed up the stairs you said "bye!" and waved and blew kisses to the trees.
When we came inside, we watched some videos about owls. When I said "the owl is going to catch the mouse and eat him" you said "nooo". Seemed you were concerned about the mouse.
We also learned that owls can hear very well, so we can try to talk to them.
We also learned the sign for owl. You did the sign and said "hooo hooo".

Super Bowl

We had a great time hosting Superbowl. You mostly ran about and played. Ernie was there, you played a little and fought over footballs a little. Mommy took you for a walk around outside to help you take a little nap. We met Lilah and shared some of your mommy milk with her. She needs some of yours because she is in foster care and her new mommy doesn't make milk. She is very lovely. We also got to play with Presten's new puppy Cubby.
